Blockthrough interview questions

I applied to the job posting online via an employee referral, and the recruiter reached out shortly after. Communication was prompt, clear and transparent throughout the entire process, and every interviewer showed a genuine interest in my experience, knowledge and insights for the role. It was a fairly straightforward interview structure, which began with an 30-minute HR screening call, followed by a 60-minute hiring manager interview that included a product case in the last 15 minutes, and then a 45-minute technical assessment with a leader on the engineering team. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant application and interview experience, as I could truly see the company's great culture shine through during each interview and from the thoughtful and detailed answers to my questions at the end of each interview.

I applied through a referral and received an email inviting me to schedule a screening interview within 3 days. The screening interview was conducted online and consisted of the usual set of standard interview questions. Surprisingly, only two days later, I received an email informing me that they had chosen to proceed with other candidates. However, what impressed me was their willingness to provide feedback when I asked for it. Instead of the typical ghosting behavior displayed by many companies, the interviewer took the time to explain the specific qualities they were seeking for the position, which took the edge off the disappointment and helped me narrow my focus for my job hunt.
