Blount County Library interview questions

I was called in for an in person interview after the job had closed online. I was interviewed by three people, two in the department I would work in and one who works closely with the department. I was asked many questions that were related to the job as well as my personality.

The hiring process was facilitated by an employee who recommended me. The pay was so low, most people could not have considered it unless, like me, they did not need to live on their pay. I filled out a generic county-wide application and met with the department head, staff, and director on an informal basis.
