30-minute zoom interview with store manager (during covid so process may have changed). the process was very simple and there was only one interview. no prior barista experience was required so I was mainly asked about my resume, asked to explain interesting things that stood out to him

Nice guy, simple customer service questions, took around 10-15 minutes. High turnover rate depending on the season so asks about your availability. I had previous work customer service and volunteer experience but pretty straight forward.

it was a pretty standard interview, only 30 minutes and asked a lot of questions on these glassdoor reviews. i got final offer letter one week after interview. they're hiring at a lot of locations in san francisco.

The first interview was a brief screening phone call. Second was in person at the cafe with the store manager. Provided an overview of the location, asked 4-5 questions, and then allowed me to ask follow-up questions.
