Initial screening call with HR team. First interview was competency based with the Head of Content Marketing. Second interview was a task with the Head and Content Marketing Manager. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process and the Talent Acquisition Partner was always on hand to answer any questions.

The interview process was a three stage interview made up of two normal interviews and one case study style section where I had to present my ideas. It was with a range of potential colleagues/ managers and covered my experiences so far and how they could be applied to BLC to deliver measurable and sustainable successful outcomes.

The interview process was very smooth and well organised from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout and I was kept informed at every stage. Feedback was detailed and constructive, which made the process feel transparent and engaging. I had the opportunity to meet a number of team members throughout the process, which gave me a good understanding of both the role and the wider business.
