Interview
A bit long but good. Required to do a one hour presentation with a panel and then 1:1s with each panelist. A lot of technical depth is required and knowledge in your subject area.
Initial phone screen, followed by panel interview with presentation on work history and writing assignment. Common questions asked in panel setting. Ended with 1 on 1 interviews with each panelist.

Interview
Introduction, small talk, very casual. Not very formal at all nor structured. Manager went out of his way to ensure I knew who he was. No indication in either a positive nor negative take on his perceptions.
The first round is a phone screen by HR and they walk you through the full process. Second round is with your manager/report(s). 3rd round is panel interview with presentation. 4th is final interviewer/review.
