Initial technical screening with HR, technical calls with team, and hiring manager with a final panel presentation and follow up 1:1s. Very complete process that is guided by the recruiter.
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.

Had a 1 call with a recruiter, who asked me about myself, and asked if i met the qualifications for the role. Then got ghosted for the 1:1s call, was never scheduled even after reaching out.

Interview
Three back-to-back interviews with hiring managers with each being for one hour. They were hiring for two positions in their pipe shop.
Most of the questions were in STAR format and the technical questions were focused on process engineering.
