Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter then an hour virtual interview with the hiring manager. If you study subjects pointed out on the job description, you'll be fine. Also make sure you know basic mechanical engineering principals.

Describe the maximum material condition and give examples.
Remote interview which began with a 1hr presentation that I generated and gave to a panel of 6-7 engineers. Post presentation I had 1 on 1 interviews for 30 minutes with 4 senior engineers.

Technical question on fracture mechanics - asked me to walk them through a da-dN curve and what the different portions of the curve meant and how the curves would look different for different materials

Interview
I had two rounds of interviews before the last panel interview which was 3 hours long. First meeting was with a recruiter and was behavioral, then an interview with same recruiter with some slight behavioral question but mostly behavioral again, last 3 back to back interview for a panel interview.
One technical interview, one technical presentation and 4 interviews with people who watched the presentation. Asked a variety of technical or situational based and soft skills questions. Interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked lots of follow up questions based off my presentation.
