I applied in-person. I interviewed at BlueCat (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Mar 2023
Interview
The HR department contacted me about a business offer for the position of Python developer. The entire selection process went well, the employees who were in charge of the recruitment process are very pleasant and friendly. The process consisted of two parts. The first part was with the project leader and basic HR stuff, team culture, etc. The second part consisted of the technical part. Basics of Python, SQL, Docker, etc. After I did both interviews that I personally had to attend, I did not receive any feedback as to how I passed the interview. I waited for an answer for a week, after which I decided to send an email and a message on LinkedIn to HR. It's been two weeks since then and I still haven't received a single return email regarding the interview or whether I was accepted for the position. As a person looking for a job as a Python Developer, any feedback would be useful for my further development. But I did not get that, from BlueCat.
I applied online. I interviewed at BlueCat (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
The process began with an online application where I submitted my resume. The company representative Ritika promptly acknowledged my application and we had a short introduction call. It was a very professional and friendly conversation. After that, a series of 3 interviews followed. Each with different people and in a different format. Every single person i talked to was very professional, prepared and polite. It was super fun and interesting talking with all of them. Also worth mentioning is that Ritika did a splendid job following my application from start to finish, she keep an open communication, providing feedback and information regularly.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlueCat (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Nov 2022
Interview
Two sections interview, both about 40 minutes: 1. Technical, went over my working experience, I was asked to explain in-depths some parts I listed in my CV. 2. Fit-interview, simple cultural questions. Both interviewers were very nice, and overall atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, even though I asked for a feedback several times and I was assured that I will receive feedback ASAP, no one reached to me, until I myself wrote to recruiter. Her answer was a one-sentence message saying I haven't made it to the short-list.
