Took more steps than originally suggested. Excel test offline and SQL short test during interview. The Excel Test was more business oriented, while the SQL test was to write a query. The rejection email was generic.

Many steps although at beginning less interviews were mentioned, 2 assesments with one live and kind of rude interviewer. Took too long the process with no respect to the applicants time
