I found the talent acquisition team dealing with the interview process to be highly professional and efficient. They had a firm understanding of the job roles requirements and worked hard to decipher the desirable skills and experience through thorough and personable questioning in the early stage interview process. The interview process had good momentum and proceeded to the next rounds in a timely fashion maintaining strong communication throughout. I had the opportunity to connect with different team members throughout the process which was useful, as well as present a task. The task was a great way to demonstrate hard skills, presentation style and approach to the job role - I always think these practical elements are useful for both parties. The interview process was a mix of both formal and informal styles with a practical assignment incorporated as mentioned above. Overall, a friendly, efficient, relevant and professional process.
