The interview process was okay overall, but the conversation felt a little underwhelming and not as structured as I expected. I appreciated learning more about the company and the role, but I left the interview feeling like there could have been better communication around expectations, growth opportunities, and what the day-to-day responsibilities would really look like.

Interview
3 round interview process. HR, Skills, and then Cultural. Interviewers were all very friendly and assured me I’d hear back within a deadline they provided but then ghosted me and didn’t respond to follow up emails.

Interview
It was a clean and well-structured interview. I’ve just completed my first round, which was primarily a screening round. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The discussion lasted around 30 minutes and focused on understanding my background, experience, and overall fit for the role.
