Interview
It was a really hectic and messy process. First, recruiter reached me at random time by phone (evening, no matter) without notification. During the process at the middle stage, she reached me again in LinkedIn and officered to apply for same position. The hiring manager interview was confused too, answers was interpreted upside down. Got a feeling of unstructured approach from all sides and lack of understanding what they looked for. Wish them to grow as a company and fill management and HR with relevant professionals, not the random people.
