Feels a bit that these interviews are conducted just for show and their own friends are anyway prefered and hired without actually going through the process at all. Must be nice way to earn bonuses.

There was a screen interview for the first round where HR talks about the company, and the second technical round will be with one of their engineers, who will ask you a technical question and conduct a live coding session.
