Not the best experience for an initial interview. Recruiter didn't seem that interested and when given questions, they were super complex. Overall, a questionable process. Recruiter didn't even respond to email or message either when I reached out.

It started with a HR screening, then a skill test to elaborate data and draw insights. The HR screening is quite straightforward and simple, feels like checking in instead of really testing anything. The skill test consists of 5 questions and the data was about day-to-day operations.
