Came to my university's career fair, after which I applied and was contacted for a 45 minute interview with a recruiter. Because I applied for Software Engineering as one of the rotations, I was sent a 2 hr, take-home coding challenge two weeks later, which I sent back in a few days. About a week later, they reached out for a 3hr video interview with the 3 departments I'd applied for.
After, I was invited to an onsite that consisted of 1hr interviews with each of the departments I'd applied for and a casual lunch out with the current rotational associates. A few days after the onsite, they requested phone references, after which they got back to me with a final decision a couple days later.
Everyone I spoke with during the process was extremely kind, helpful, and receptive to my many questions.
