Hiring process was fishy beacause of one weird guy, dont know if he was from HR or office boy or some one else. He looked little weird from starting when I entered the office premise. After sucessfully passing 1st round( I had a great experience with the guy who interviwed 1st round), they gave me online hackerrank test which had irrelevent questions on node.js while I was there for PHP and Mysql. And the same weird guy came out with my score of 40/95 I am 100% sure this score is not true and instructed me that I was not able to get minimum score required for considering the profile and wished me better luck next time loudly so that everybody around us could listen and he felt very satisfied by actually demoralizing me.I could see win win expression on his face (Very unprofessional and pathetic). Also beware of hackerrank hiring challenges, don't consider taking test on hackerrank if company asks you, if you are not aware of how hackerrank platform works and whats the real motto behind hackerrank test you are going to get bad score no matter how good developer you are. I request you please dont take hackerrank challenge, if you are real developer and not a code monkey. They are looking out to hire "code-monkeys", if they really need solid developers who are creative, think out of the box, knows patterns, know the "why"s behind the concepts, they would stay away from hackerrank, there is a chance you are going to get humiliated for your passion just by taking a hackerrank test. Hackerrank test is probably used for hiring interns or trainees or coding basic programs with fixed skills and narrow focus.Not real software engineers who can think their way through any problem/language. Higher level jobs requires more complex skills (creativity, people skills, engineering breakdown and synthesis skills). Also beware of that weirdo ( after some research I found that weirdo is web analytics at bookmyshow.. pheww..). Good Luck.
