Applied online by uploading a video describing my work experience, what interests I have and an interesting fact. Got a response a week later from careers, had an interview where I showed my previous web designs off. I was offered job on the spot, week later I met with the creative director for a coffee at coffee shop, he then took me into work and introduced me to the team.
