Communication was good, the entire procedure took about 3 weeks.
1) Video interview
2) Face-to-face interview
3) Online tests: numerical, logical and reading test (only if you got invited for assessment day)
4) Well organized assessment day in which technical, team work and presentation skills were assessed
If you passed the assessment day you got a call the same day with a job offer

Verkenningsgesprek met manager en HR Na verkenningsgesprek een 2e gesprek betreft technische kennis Laatste gesprek is enkel met HR betreffende contract, arbeidsreglement , medisch onderzoek heel professionele organisatie, vlot sollicitatieproces, een fijne ervaring om zonder schrik te solliciteren

Interview
First a videointerview with different personal questions.
Next a personal interview with HR of Borealis.
Finally a assesment day with an assesment center where you have to solve a case study and have a group discussion. Three online assessments (Verbal, Numerical and Logical) need to be made before the assesment day.
