Interview were set up haphazzardly with two people sending emails at odd hours. They seemed to know who they were going to hire from the start. Interview was two separate zooms.

Interview
I met with my supervisor as well as someone who held a similar role to what I would be doing. The first interview was 30 minutes long. My second round interview was with the leadership team and lasted about an hour. I got a short tour and then left. My third interview was a meeting with HR to discuss their job offer.

Talk about a time you had to support a student in crisis.

Interview
It was very informal. I met with the department director and he was VERY disorganized. He didn't have a copy of my resume so I had to give him one. The office was an absolute mess. There was trash overflowing the trash can and papers were falling off of the desk. He offered me the job right there on the spot to start in 2 weeks but it actually took 8 weeks for them to start paying me.
