I got the referral from school club who past along my resume. I was called by HR to setup an interview with the hiring managers. I did an interview on Microsoft teams with seven managers.

HR will reach out to you via your cell phone. They will schedule 1hr call with the engineering team and a 30 min call with the VP of Engineering dept. The team ( About 10 engineers) will ask you general interview questions, like tell us about yourself, tell us about your projects. The VP will not go through the same questions but rather just ask you if you have any questions that you would like answered.
