A portfolio review and typical interview as a first interview. And then there was an in office massing exercise as the second. The massing was really just a second interview with the partners.

One screening interview with HR, then an interview with two members of urban team. Was not selected - I think they want someone with more of an architecture building background.

Great interview. The questions were related to the tasks you would have to do as an Urban Designer. As usual, you would have to speak about 1/2 of your projects on your portfolio.
