Raises and promotions are unclear and based on personal preference more than work ethic or quality. Senior management has little emotional intelligence and employees are competitive with one another. Everyone seems to be overworked and several people have ended up in the hospital from stress. Very high staff turnover and they seem to have a problem retaining ethnic minorities. If you're white, weathly, don't have a family or much going on in your personal life, you'll do great.
