Bowen Law Professional Group interview questions

Travis was very informative and professional. Explained practice well and represented an opportunity to expand legal knowledge in a very unique way. I found the presentation on how they do business to be very interesting and something new and diverse from the regular lawfirm duties. Listening and talking with Travis gave me the desire to pursue this opportunity if an offer was made.

I was prepared for the interview, having done my research on the firm and having references ready. He was more concerned with the way my previous employers ran their firms and the sizes of their verdicts than he was actually discussing my qualifications. He did not look at my references and asked generic questions about my resume. When I asked when he would be making a decision he said he was going to cast a wide net, post new job advertisements the next day, and schedule a lot more interviews and that he would probably do 2-3 rounds with potential candidates. I did not feel like this was a good use of my time and that he was disinterested in the interview from the start. They gave me a notepad and a pen (to take notes??) but he did not even have a pen and did not take notes.
