      Call Center Representative Interview

      Apr 7, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boxpilot (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Quick 20 minute logic writing test and then a few easy questions. Went into the office a day or so after I applied. They are always looking, so if you need to pick up part time work and can handle working in a call center you can probably apply on a Friday, be getting shifts late the next week and be getting paid shortly after that.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Mainly customer service questions. IE how would you handle an irrate caller, how would you handle rejections, etc etc
