Bread Alone Bakery interview questions

The process was very easy. I suggest asking to speak with the manager to give in your resume. There is no phone interview. Usually they just email you to come in for an in-person interview. You sit down right at one of the tables with the manager when the restaurant is open and have a very causal and quick conversational interview.

They seemed to be most interested in if I was friendly, competent and outgoing. My appearance seemed to be important as well. The cafe was very busy and the office was extremely small in the Rhinebeck location. The interviewer was paying close attention to how closely I listened and followed instruction.
