The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brickman in Sep 2009
Interview
I became aware of the open position through a friend in the industry. I called a Divisional recruiter who had a 1:1 interview with me. He then recommended the branch manager interview then. I was interviewed by the branch manager. Then I had another interview a couple weeks later with the branch manager and regional manager. I did not hear back for a couple of days and had another offer as well from a competing company. I called the recruiter to tell him I was making a decision that week on what offer to take and I thought Brickman was the place for me. He called me back 15 minutes later with an offer I accepted for the job. I started two weeks later after giving notice to my previous employer.

Interview
Consisting of two phone interviews and one physical interview. The process was methodical and practical. Very impressed with the entire interview and on boarding process. Highly suggest to do research on both companies. Valley crest and Brickman are becoming one company. Thus it is important to understand this information.
