Thank you for your review and we're sorry you didn't have a good experience interviewing with us. It's true that we have been addressing some of the recent Glassdoor reviews with candidates in interviews, as transparency is important to us. We always appreciate feedback, but we feel some of the last few reviews don't give an accurate representation of what it's like to work here, so we usually advise candidates coming through the interview process to speak to the team throughout the process, ask lots of questions of prospective colleagues and managers etc. - that way, anyone interviewing for a job here can get an honest and genuine review about what it's really like to work here. We are very proud of our team and culture - and we want candidates to feel confident seeing that for themselves throughout the process.
We're really sorry that you did not get feedback from us - this is definitely never our intention. We always try to make sure that any candidate who takes the time to prepare and interview with us gets good quality feedback to help them with their search.
