Very straight forward and professional. Felt more like a conversation rather than an interview but overall, a great experience to learn from. The phone screening person was also really nice to talk to and was also willing to provide advice prior to the interview as well.

Interview
I walked up to them and said that I was going to work for them. I gave them my resume. They then gave my resume to a higher up in the company. He called me later that day and asked me to come join the Orange County team. After a few phone conversations, my offer letter was sent.
