Poor communication, too many people involved in the overall process to set up interview. It just seems to be jumping through a lot of hoops. So it was a stressful experience

Interview
I interviewed on 22 July and was told I would be informed of the outcome on 25 July. After several follow up emails and being told to continue waiting I was finally rejected on 8 August, two weeks after being told the decision would be made. It was quite obvious that the job had been offered to someone else and they were deciding, but the lack of transparency in the interview process and disregard for the candidate experience is really disappointing and has given me a poor view of the organisation as a whole.
For what I experienced: you need to send the cv via the official site. Check the deadline well, including which time they are using for the deadline (local or UK time, if not UK based).
