I got an interview about 3 weeks after applying my cv online. The process to get an offer was straight-forward without having to take such psychotest, LGD, etc. Apply online, get a pannel interview, and if you get an offer, you'll have to do medical check-up and bring three recommendation letters. That was the first pannel interview as well as the most solemn interview I ever got. All interviewers were nice, but they seem too serious. Since it's humourless, I was too uptight so the answers went rumble.
