Interview
Panel interview over the phone during which three staff members asked me between 2-3 questions each. They gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I might have and explained what the process is like going forward. A week after the interview, I got invited for an in-person chat with the supervisor, during which I completed an exercise (composing an email sample and catching mistakes in a spreadsheet). After checking my references, I got the position.
