Question 1
Was I comfortable moving away from large commercial Aircraft to a smaller type
I applied online. I interviewed at Britten-Norman (Southampton, England)
Interview
Following an advert on a recruitment website, which I verified on the company website, I applied with a CV and covering letter. I was genuinely attracted to the company. I was invited to interview, the time of which was changed the day before, and arrived early. However, my experience was immediately unwelcoming; I was told my interviewers were not in yet and I was parked in the wrong spot! The 'waiting room' was pretty bare, there was no clock so I have no idea what time I went in to interview, but I know that I was back in my car 25 minutes after it was due to start . I found the ad misleading as I was told what the job really entailed at interview. My interviewers talked over each other and I doubted they had talked to each other, let alone looked at my CV before the slot. I was quite disappointed with the whole process.
