Interview
Multiple stage interview, which is normal in tech but a bit excessive for a small company. Final interview with CTO was a bit ridiculous. Asked random, unrelated questions that nobody could prepare for and didn't really provide any value (like how my friends influence my work style?) We didn't click, I walked away with a bad vibe, and so wasn't surprised I didn't get an offer.

Briza is an amazing company, but they need to step up their interview process.
CV screening, technical screen, technical deep dive, values fit meeting. 4 steps overall. Done over video, fully remotely. Met leaders of the company. Very transparent and fair interview. Technical challenge was well described and engaging.
