Very helpful recruitment process followed by on site rehab manager tour and interview. Extremely informative and collaborative. Not heavy either direction on interviewing vs oversharing. Collaborative discussion on if I was a good fit. Respectfully discussed potential barriers as well as highlighted benefits of potential match.

Asked me about myself and background as pertained to skilled nursing environment. Explained previous nature of job and how new position would improve some challenges. Not a lot of skills related questioning - more related to previous experience, comfort level, and caseload development. Overall an informative interview. Staff in building was very friendly.

Recruiter overly friendly and a bit pushy. Seemed disingenuous. I did like how quick everything went, and the connection to the facility was seamless. Did not seem to budge on compensation.
