Phone screen. Communicated that I resigned my last role due to poor fit with leadership. HR responded that is unfavorable. My inerpretation is they look for candidates who can be bulleyed or are dependent paycheck to paycheck, based on reviews on this site. Good luck.

Submitted the application on the company website and 3 weeks later got an email requesting a phone interview with the recruiter for the following week. It was a good conversation and was told they would talk to the hiring manager and get back to me within a few days. Three weeks after that I received an automated email saying they were pursuing other candidates.
