I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brock Solutions Inc.
Interview
In person interview with technical and behavioral questions. HR asked behavioral questions through video chat and technical questions were asked in person by an engineer working at the company. The interview was in two stages with HR asking questions in the beginning and technical questions at the end.
I interviewed at Brock Solutions Inc. (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Was a smooth process, starting with a phone screen that is behavioral and later followed by another interview that isn't too technical but more about getting to know you and see whether you will be a good for for the company or not.
The process was okay. The interviewer did not show any emotion acted friendly but really was mean minded. Seemed to be very interested in my outside hobbies (like what shows I watch and stuff)- made it seem like we were getting along but honestly was probably judging choices.

Asked a lot of questions related to activities in middle school, high school, and overall personality questions. Also asked technical questions related to PLC acronyms
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brock Solutions Inc. in Sep 2025
Interview
One recruiter screen (HR) and then one 2 hour interview in person (Technical Project manager). After that you'll receive a decision. It was a long but chill in person interview with zero technical interview. More like a get to know you type of thing.
