Two-step interview process.
Step 1 -Writing exercise which involved replying to three example emails from clients. Very straightforward with plenty of instructions provided.
Step 2 - Group interview with both the Supervisor & Director of Customer Success over Zoom. The interaction involved a mix of personality-based and behavioural-based questions. After those, a few role-plays are involved. Finally, a typing test to determine your wpm was required.
I got the sense that they were interviewing for culture fit as much as potential job performance. I found both interviewers professional, yet welcoming in a laid-back tech-startup sort of way. As compared to interviews at more corporate places, it was refreshing to have both parties full-attention during the roughly hour long interview.
