They changed written interview for applicant who have affair with HR staff. They also didn't pay attention to interviewee who had lots of potential, and ask many unnecessary questions. The process just wants block people who don't have relationship with their staff, and they are in favoritism for people who have background. Advise, stop playing joke with applicant who wants to work with you

Basic normal behavioral questions, nor so hard. They are pretty nice. And asked for reference after the interview. Not sure why didn't get the offer at last, but it was a good experience.
