Interview
Emailed my resume and cover letter after seeing a post on their website. Heard back a few days later asking to schedule an interview. Two interviewers, standard questions relating to customer service experiences. Afterward filled out a questionnaire by hand, demonstrating writing ability and grammar/language skills. Entire interview process took about an hour. Was offered the position a few days later via email.

Interview
Three people, casual setting, felt semi formal but comfortable. Small chit chat at first and then on to the interview questions. Offered a glass of water from one of the interviewers.
