Bryan University interview questions

Recruiter reached out, set up interview with Hiring Manager CMO(brother of CEO). Went good, so good hiring manager extended interview 20 minutes past the 30. Said he wanted me to talk to someone else in Marketing. Ghosted for 3 months now. They reposted the job listing a week later and multiple times since and are still looking for someone to fill the position in a sea of applicants. Might be data harvesting.
