Two interviews on campus with current senior associates. One was purely fit/background, one was a case study. After that, four interviews at the office. Each interview was a mix of background and some type of case.

Interview
Applied in late January, offered first round interview (phone call) and online testing a week later. Offered more testing and second round interview (in person) a week after that, had an offer in hand in about 3 weeks. All of my interviewers seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person, and behavioral questions to identify cultural fit are heavily weighed as a small firm.
One interview case:
Begin with market sizing: How many Snapchats are on Snapchat's server at any given moment?
Next starts the case: We've been tasked with growing revenues and creating new value for Snapchat, where would you start?

Interview
On-campus interviews one fit and one case. The final round was in the office with 3 interviews as well as an informal conversation with a HR representative. Interviews were mostly fit with one case and everyone was very friendly and professional. Was given the opportunity to speak with Chris Bulger, the founder of the company who clearly cared about his employees as well as the direction and operation of the company at its core. This company does not have much of an online presence yet, but do not be deceived it is legit. Decided to take another position, but had a great interview process, one of the most organized processes I experienced.
