I applied online through the bunnings website. The application includes a multiple choice questionnaire.
Within a week or so I recieved a email inviting me for a phone interview for the following week. During the phone interview i was asked scenario questions about when i have gave great customer service (above and beyond) and when I've had to deal with an unhappy customer n what i did. And asked available etc.
A few days later i recieved an email inviting me for a group interview for the following week. In the group interview we sat at tables of 5 people. We introduced ourselves and were asked to name our favourite cartoon character and why they're our favourite character. We watched a video for a few minutes while taking down the pros and cons of what was happening on the video and share with our group. We then made a product to sell and advertise to the team leaders (i dont think it mattered what we made it was more the team work and what input you had in your team that counts and how you worked as a team)
The next day i recieved a phone call inviting me to a 2 on 1 interview for the following week.
At the 2 on 1 interview you just have to be yourself and is your chance to sell yourself to them and they ask a few questions like why do you want to work at bunnings? And a few scenario behavioural questions.
By the end of the week i recieved a phone call offering me a job. I accepted and i go in and fill out paperwork this week.
