Met the lab operations manager, 1 on 1 formal interview (questions about availabilities and experience) and tour of the facilities, with additional interview to see best fit area/ areas of interest.

20 min phone interview. The position was with the ATL group within Bureau Veritas, and the interviewer provided helpful information about the history of the ATL group and Bureau Veritas. The position was listed as master's level, but I have a PhD and they initially seemed interested in my skills. This would have been an insourcing position doing bioanalytic mass spectrometry. When they asked my salary requirements, I apparently was way above the envelope (even though I had researched them) and they ended the conversation.

Please avoid this role/department at BV North America. The last three managers have been in the role for less than 2 years each. The organization has high turnover. The department lacks focus, communicates poorly, and is all over the place with objectives/priorities. Please do not waste your time. Not worth the stress.

It's simple and straight forward. Basic questions shall be asked. The TL can take good time and knowledge review during the interview. Deputy Manager round will be very analytical type. And Director mainly looks after confidence, communication, confidence etc.

A standard interview with HR, a technical with a senior or tech expert in a team, and last dealing salary with HR manager. Main part will be from technical interview

Found the job opening on Indeed and applied through their company website. The section or department head directly contacted me regarding my schedule for an interview which was done via MS Teams. If you passed the interview, you will be endorsed to HR for the job offer and employment process.

2 rounds in which they check your communication skills, your attitude towards work, confidence level. 1st round is done by project lead for that particular team and then 2 nd round by managers.

Online meeting with the manager. Quick question and answer discussion. Questions were easy to answer and the manager is very nice. Behavioural questions were primarily asked and minimal technical questions were asked.
