-Two 1.5 hour long interviews in person one is just with the owner the other is with the whole team -Stayed over the initial interview time scheduled for 45 mins went over asked several detailed questions about the company not enough to stroke the owners ego -Received an offer just for it to be retracted 5 days later because I didn’t seem passionate enough -Does not require you to make any sample pieces
