      Analyst Interview

      Oct 16, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bus.com (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

3 rounds 2 with different directors and another analyst, one with ceo that technically wasn'tt supposed to be an interview. The first 2 were mostly behavioural and went over past experience. The third with the ceo was behavioural, the ceo had construction going on in the background it was difficult to hear at times and didn't even try to address it. Overall was a bad experience and I didn't get a good feeling about the work culture, the company itself does not seem to be stable either, the ceo seemed to be trying to convince me the company was doing well and showed me a graph of some random data that didn't exactly look like much to begin with and didn't even represent actual sales.
