Applied to ButterflyMX recently. A member of their talent acquisition team emailed me to schedule an initial phone call and asked me to send my availability over. I responded with my availability the same day I was offered the phone interview and never got a response. A few days later, I followed up and provided additional availability to make the call easier to schedule... Still never got a response. I really don't understand why they offered me a phone interview if they had no intentions to follow through with it.
