There were 3 interviews through the whole process. In my case, the first interview was through a headhunter, It was just to get general data and experience. The 2nd was directly with plant manager and HR manager on site. The plant manager was a very experience guy, it seemed tough but fair and asked me technical questions about my job. The 3rd interview was with corporate office (group interview) on zoom. This was a bit strange, I think it was a get to know me and see how they felt.
