I was invited to share my availability on a calendar, and was supposedly to get a confirmation email for a day when to expect a phone call. I never got that confirmation email, and the recruiter abruptly calls me on a random day for a phone screening.

I preliminarily virtually met with a recruiting manager at their headquarters and got great vibes from her and was excited to visit the location and see all the people and facility had to offer. I got to the second stage of an on site interview and was met by the Quality Manager. The facility was stripped of anything that made it feel comfortable and it was clear people are there for the sole purpose of production. I had a pretty basic interview with HR and another manager and then was given a tour of the lab. They take tours extremely seriously. I was asked to take of all jewelry and due to a "forever bracelet" (they weld on the chain and you can't take it off) the manager was extremely taken aback at this and told me I'd have to cut it off if I got a job there. They do NOT mess around with the clean room protocol with multiple smock changes, different shoes for each room, no water, phone, headphones, or basically anything that adds some enjoyment to a working environment in the plant. Ultimately, I did not feel it was a good fit for me and declined the job offer. I didn't want to sacrifice my individuality or sanity for this position as it seemed there would be a lot of down time with little place for enjoyment or positive morale.
