Easy Process. Applied online and 2 interviews. Study some experience within customer service and you'll be fine. Ask to follow up questions, about the company, expectations, and culture, Arrive early about 5-10 minutes. Typical interview hacks. Not too hard.

Did a teams interview before called for in person interview. A few days later was advised I had gotten the job and started 2 weeks later. Today was my first day of orientation.
