It was smooth. I had my initial interview with Pakistani team & later with the German team. Everyone was really professional. As soon as I was done with the interview, I was presented the offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at C4ED (Mannheim) in May 2021
Interview
After sending my application I received two months later an e-mail for a callback. I performed a written assessment, which was badly organized and gave me the impression of lack of professionalism and organization within the team. After two months I received a rejection e-mail from the acquisitions team. Meaning, I waited for four months to get an actual answer. I asked for feedback and got no response. Also, the salaries for a junior position, considering the expected high qualifications, are extremely low ( around 1,700-1,900 euro per month).
